Salary: £35,745 to £38,223 per year (Grade 9)
Contract: Fixed-term (Up to 18 months)

YPO are seeking an experienced, proactive, and self-motivated IT Trainer to work in the organisations existing IT and Business Change departments. This is a new role supports the existing IT Trainer with the training support around the digital project implementation.

As an IT Trainer you will take full responsibility for the delivery of IT training courses and modules (face-to-face and online) to internal customers, as well as the development of IT related training content identified within the projects.
You will be responsible for the development of system manuals, help-content, user guides, e-learning content and development plans for individual users and teams, which require excellent documentation and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be an effective, authoritative trainer, who inspires confidence and respect from the internal teams, colleagues, and training delegates. You will be someone who is capable of building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers, positively strengthening and promoting the positive image of IT and Business Change within YPO.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Ensuring that IT related user training is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications).
- Formally managing any requests for project training or related content.
- Prioritise training activity to meet the overall project, business as usual, or strategic objectives.
- Monitor that the objectives of training, and educational and support content, are met.
- Pro-actively communicate the IT training offering and purpose to the wider organisation and work with users to build awareness, desire, and knowledge.
- Provide on-going support to users post training.
