Hybrid working (Wakefield)

YPO is seeking a CRM Manager on an 18-month fixed term contract to help drive and deliver CRM programmes for education and public sector teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-versed CRM Manager to craft and grow CRM into a function that ensures we maximise sales and marketing opportunities, deliver excellent customer relationship management, and works with leadership teams to evolve the role CRM plays in achieving success.

Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the CRM strategy across the organisation. We’ve got some foundations in place – now, we’re looking for a commercially aware, self-starter with huge ambition and drive to build on those foundations and take CRM at YPO to the next level.

You’ll have the opportunity to embed new CRM systems across the business and support the wider teams to develop processes and improvements to commercial activities, ensuring data is at the heart of everything we do.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, create and implement the CRM implementation plans across the sectors.
  • Act as the CRM Lead to support the deliver high quality targeted marketing and digital activity.
  • Lead the development of an effective database and CRM for the business.
  • Integrating all marketing and commercial activity into the CRM system and support the teams with use of CRM.
  • Lead and implement a CRM training programmes.
  • Develop, implement and manage CRM marketing plans.
