Grade 10 - £34,728 - £37,890 per annum | Permanent | Full time 37 hours per week | Closing Date: 30 January 2022

 

Business Change Team are recruiting a Business Change and IT Project Manager to support the implementation of the next 3–5-year strategy. This Project Manager role is pivotal to the successful delivery of the transformational portfolio, which covers a wide range of business change and IT projects across the whole of the organisation. YPO put our customers and teams at the heart of everything that we do, and the Business Change team are at the centre of the organisation ensuring an independent view of the wider business.  

This role is a perfect opportunity for an organised individual who has an interest in working on a number of exciting and transformational projects. You will be an important addition to the Business Change Team at YPO and will initially work on a number of medium sized projects reporting into the Senior Project Manager. 

 

Job Purpose

The Business Change and IT Project Manager will work closely with the Business Analysts and the wider organisation to implement change initiatives to ensure we can meet our strategic objectives.

 

This is a challenging role, requiring a flexible attitude, an understanding of project management methodology Waterfall and Agile, high level of organisational skills, ability to matrix manage project teams and they must be able to communicate effectively with a number of key stakeholders at all levels from Project Sponsors through to SME’s.

 

This role will ensure that the projects and its outputs align with overall Portfolio. Managing relationships with all stakeholders and updating of key project documentation is key to ensure the YPO way of Managing Projects is adhered to, managing budgets and ensuring stakeholders are engaged is pivotal to the success of this role.
