The Department for Education is offering 50% off phonics resources from ‘The Importance of Phonics’ catalogue in match funding (up to £3,000) to all schools in England with KS1 pupils (including academies and free schools). In addition to this, YPO are pleased to offer an exclusive 10% discount on phonics product orders placed with YPO before 31 May 2012 (excludes training).

What is match funding?
For every £1 spent on the approved phonics products or training, the government will match it with £1. A limit of £3,000 match funding is available on a total spend of £6,000.

What is the YPO exclusive offer?
YPO is offering a 10% discount on all phonics product orders until 31 May 2012. The 10% discount will be on the amount you pay. Plus, all phonics orders already placed with YPO from 1 February 2012 will be credited with the 10% discount.

Do I have to spend the funding in one go?
No, the funding can be spent in one bulk order or spread throughout the period in as many separate orders as suits you best. If you place more than one order, you will receive the YPO discount on each order.
