How to Buy from YPO 
YPO is one of the major names in public sector procurement, with customers across local government, education and certain not-for-profit organisations. (Please note we are unable to provide products or services to private individuals and companies.)

By using e-procurement, organisations can significantly reduce data input which saves paper, administrative time and effort, and reduces the chance for error associated with rekeying data. It's also safer and faster than using the post or fax. YPO offers a number of gateways to customers interested in computer based methods of ordering including:
Order online at www.ypo.co.uk. More than 8,500 customers regularly visit YPO online because they find it a convenient alternative to our paper based catalogue. (Financial controls can be set up if you have concerns over staff access). If you have an account with YPO but are not already set up to use our online services please click here to register.
Use 'Content Orders' to combine the convenience of online ordering with the controls of your SIMS FMS school finance system.
Load catalogue information into your school ordering or finance software (SIMS, CMIS and RM modules) for swift access to product information and pricing, and then email XML format orders instead of faxing or posting. (It takes just seconds to load our full catalogue).
Order using YPO's free software 'ypoSend'. Allows you to send orders electronically from SIMS FMS or the YPO catalogue disk.
No internet access or ordering module? Then use 'ypoOrders' to browse our catalogue and create orders on a standalone PC.
The YPO catalogue is also featured on a number of local authority electronic marketplaces and finance systems.

Collections
Urgent orders can be collected from our HQ in Wakefield. Please fax your order to 01924 834925 allowing at least 24 hours notice. Please ensure your order is marked Urgent: for collection on and indicate the date you intend collecting. Our warehouse is situated at 41 Industrial Park Wakefield and is open during the following hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 3.30 pm Friday 7.30 am to 2.30 pm Please present your paperwork at the warehouse customer collections office located at the right-hand side of the building.
Who can buy from YPO?
YPO is a joint committee of local authorities enabled by the Local Authorities (Goods & Services) Act 1970 to trade with the public sector in the UK.

- Most organisations with charitable status including private schools
We Cannot Supply
We are sorry but our constitution does not permit us to sell to private individuals and companies.
