Educational visits to YPO

For larger groups of visitors, YPO is always happy to organise educational visits to YPO. In addition to sharing pricing, delivery, customer service and other operational information, open days also help build an understanding of procurement issues both from the perspective of customers and YPO, as well as providing you with the chance to meet the people you regularly deal with on the phone. Procurement personnel, head teachers, bursars, secretaries, science technicians and site managers have all attended individually tailored open days at YPO.  A typical itinerary might include:

Product events

Our Procurement Officers and buyers work closely with customers to host a variety of events either at YPO or their own venue. Typical events last year included regular user group meetings for energy and 'tasting' sessions for our Food DSOs to help us assess the latest product introductions in response to new school nutritional standards.

CPD

YPO has also established a reputation for providing first class, highly practical inservice training (ICPD) courses to primary schools which, with money-off-next-purchase offered to every teacher who attends, are completely free of charge. For more information please click here.
